  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 cup canned corn, drained
  • 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with diced onion until cooked through; drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, combine the beef mixture with canned corn, cream of mushroom soup, and garlic powder; mix well.
  4. Spread the mixture in the baking dish and top with frozen tater tots.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes until tater tots are golden brown; add cheddar cheese for the last 5 minutes to melt.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
