  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and mix in the taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  2. Spread refried beans evenly at the bottom of an oven-safe dish.
  3. Layer the seasoned ground beef over the beans.
  4. Spread sour cream over the beef layer.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese atop the sour cream.
  6. Add diced tomatoes and green chilies followed by chopped green onions.
