- 1 cup well-drained ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, mix together the flour and granulated sugar. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add ice-cold water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Roll out the chilled dough into a rectangle about 1/8 inch thick and transfer it to a greased baking dish. Trim any excess edges.
- Spread the ricotta filling evenly over the dough. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and dusting with powdered sugar.
