Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (whole)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and chop strawberries, leaving blueberries whole.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour and peanut butter, then add chopped strawberries and blueberries.
  4. Crack in the egg and stir until combined. Add water gradually until a workable dough forms.
  5. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes.
  6. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
