  • 2 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh chervil, chopped (or tarragon as substitute)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, finely diced

Instructions
