Instructions
- Rinse and soak the glutinous rice in cold water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the rice and steam in a bamboo steamer lined with cheesecloth for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt over low heat until sugar dissolves (do not boil).
- Mix half of the coconut sauce into the warm rice and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Slice the mangoes and serve alongside the sticky rice. Drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top.
