Instructions
- Boil the eggs in cold water for about 6 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
- In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with salt and pepper.
- Carefully peel the cooled eggs.
- Flatten a handful of sausage mixture and wrap it around each egg until fully covered.
- Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, another with beaten egg, and the last with breadcrumbs. Dredge each wrapped egg in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
