Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are bite-sized wonders that combine the classic flavors of a cheeseburger with a savory twist. Enveloped in flaky puff pastry, these delicious bombs are packed with juicy ground beef, melty cheddar, and a hint of garlic and Parmesan. Perfect for game nights or cozy gatherings, they are guaranteed to impress your guests and keep them coming back for more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat and stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into squares (4×4 inches).
  5. Place 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture on each square. Fold opposite corners together to form bombs, pinching edges tightly.
  6. Brush each bomb with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
