  • 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste (adjust to taste)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in flour until lightly coated.
  3. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, chili paste, garlic, and ginger.
