- 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Flip them over and layer goat cheese on the unbuttered sides. Drizzle honey and sprinkle red pepper flakes to taste.
- Place one slice in the skillet, butter side down, then top with the second slice, butter side up. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the sandwich using a spatula and cook until the other side is crispy, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before slicing diagonally.
