Instructions

  2. Wash and thinly slice the apples to approximately 1/8 inch thick using a mandolin or sharp knife.
  3. Toss apple slices in a bowl with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle evenly over the apple slices.
  5. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer on the baking sheets.
  6. Bake for about 2 hours, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
