  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
