  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 cup sautéed bell peppers (mixed colors) and onions
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned, then stir in Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
  3. Sauté bell peppers and onions in the same skillet until soft.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the steak mixture over half of the dough, top with vegetables, and sprinkle mozzarella cheese before folding the other half over.
  6. Cut into strips or squares, place on the baking sheet, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
