- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until mushrooms are tender (about 7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
