- 1 cup panko bread crumbs (90g)

- 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Chop the chicken into small pieces or pulse in a food processor.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped chicken, minced garlic, chopped onion, eggs, panko bread crumbs, and parsley. Mix until well blended.
