- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions
- Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, combine rinsed rice and whole milk over medium heat. Cook until simmering, about 10-15 minutes.
- Add sugar, vanilla extract, and salt; stir until well combined and dissolved.
- Stir frequently for another 5 minutes until the pudding thickens.
- Transfer to serving dishes, cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon.
