Description

  • 12 soft slider buns
  • 1 lb sliced deli ham
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a baking dish by spraying it with nonstick spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  4. Layer generous slices of ham and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Dijon mustard; brush this mixture over the assembled sliders.
  6. If using, sprinkle poppy seeds on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
