  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 sturdy sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. In one bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with half a cup of grated Parmesan.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
