Instructions
- Rinse asparagus under cold water and snap off woody ends. Blanch in boiling salted water for 2 minutes until bright green but still crisp. Transfer to an ice bath to cool.
- Halve cherry tomatoes and set aside.
- Drain burrata cheese; slice into thick rounds or tear apart.
