Description

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 tub Cool Whip topping (8 oz)
  • ½ cup berry syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over using the handle of a wooden spoon.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the poked cake and allow it to soak in.
  6. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top, layer with fresh berries, and drizzle berry syrup over everything.
