Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup dates pitted
  • 1 cup walnuts or any nuts
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
 

Prepare Brownie Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a baking dish to form the brownie base.
Make Chocolate Coating
  1. Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate mixture over the brownie base and spread evenly.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the brownies for at least 2 hours or until set.
  2. Cut into squares and serve.
