Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken thighs boneless, skinless
To Serve
  • 4 pieces pita bread
  • 1 cup tahini sauce
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cook in Air Fryer
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve
  1. Serve the cooked chicken in pita bread with tahini sauce and chopped vegetables.
