Ingredients
  

Crab Cake Ingredients
  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
