Ingredients
  

Potato Chips
  • 4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for coating
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly.
  2. Soak the slices in water for 30 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
  3. Toss the potato slices with olive oil and salt.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Remove when golden and crispy, and let cool before serving.
