Scallops
  • 1 pound scallops fresh or thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling

  • to taste pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, toss the scallops with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately.
