  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
