Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups Cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, grated
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Others
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for cooking
  • 1 cup Water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onions are translucent.
Cooking
  1. Add diced potatoes and cauliflower florets to the pot.
  2. Stir in turmeric, coriander powder, and salt.
  3. Add water, cover, and cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Finish with garam masala and serve hot.
