Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and cubed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed potatoes with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
