Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Warm water
Toppings
  • 1 can Sardines Drained
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  2. Spread tomato sauce over the base, then add sardines, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, oregano, and black pepper.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
