Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon coriander ground
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder adjust to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook over medium heat until the tomatoes are soft.
  2. Add brown sugar, vinegar, salt, cumin, coriander, and chili powder. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate. Serve with your favorite dishes.
