Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1.5 cups water warm
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add warm water and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12-18 hours at room temperature.
Bake the Focaccia
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and stretch it out.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
