  • 4 croissants croissants cut into pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 eggs eggs

  • 1/2 cup sugar granulated
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. In a baking dish, layer the croissant pieces and blueberries.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and blueberries, ensuring everything is well soaked.
