Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup for vegan option
  • 1 cup Earl Grey tea brewed and cooled

Method
 

Prepare the Popsicle Mixture
  1. In a blender, combine blueberries, coconut milk, honey, and cooled Earl Grey tea. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
Fill the Molds
  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  2. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. To release popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
