Prepare the Filling
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, and egg.
Stuff the Beef
- Lay the beef slices flat and place a portion of the filling on each slice. Roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Cook the Braciole
- In a skillet, brown the stuffed beef rolls on all sides. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 1.5 hours.
