Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 2 pounds beef flank steak thinly sliced
Filling
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oregano dried
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 egg large
Sauce
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic, and egg.
Stuff the Beef
  1. Lay the beef slices flat and place a portion of the filling on each slice. Roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Cook the Braciole
  1. In a skillet, brown the stuffed beef rolls on all sides. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 1.5 hours.
