Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 200 grams broad beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
Dairy
  • 100 grams feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a frying pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
  3. Add the broad beans and cook for a few minutes.
Cooking
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add the feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the frying pan.
  3. Cook on the stove for a few minutes until the edges start to set, then transfer to the oven.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the frittata is firm and golden.
