Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 large sweet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
  1. Toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet.
Bake
  1. Place the chicken and sweet potatoes in the oven.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the wedges are crispy.
