Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients
  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup Calabrian snails cleaned
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • salt to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cleaned snails and cherry tomatoes to the pan, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in red pepper flakes and season with salt.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan, tossing to combine with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
