  • 2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 4 medium apples washed and dried

Method
 

Prepare Caramel
  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat until the mixture boils.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and continue to cook until the caramel reaches a golden brown color.
Coat Apples
  1. Insert wooden sticks into the apples and dip them into the caramel sauce, ensuring they are fully coated.
  2. Place the coated apples on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool.
