Ingredients
  

Tart Base
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
Filling
  • 2 cups Onions sliced
  • 4 oz Goat cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Onions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
Assemble the Tarts
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Place on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the caramelized onions over the pastry, then sprinkle with crumbled goat cheese.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Bake
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
