Method
 

Cooking the Rice
  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the rice. Cook according to package instructions.
Preparing the Zucchini
  1. While the rice is cooking, grate the zucchini and chop the onion.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the grated zucchini, chopped onion, milk, and cheese. Mix well.

  1. Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir until everything is well combined.
