Ingredients
  

Chicken Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Spaghetti Squash
  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Chicken
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded

Method
 

Prepare Spaghetti Squash
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt on the cut sides of the squash. Place cut-side down in a baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes until tender. Use a fork to scrape out the strands.
Make Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add shredded chicken to the Alfredo sauce and stir to combine.
  2. Serve the sauce over the spaghetti squash strands.
