  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 200 grams asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add asparagus and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add crème fraîche, lemon zest, and juice to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot with additional lemon if desired.
