Ingredients
  

Cake Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut spread
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Frosting
  • 1 cup heavy cream chilled
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup hazelnut spread

Method
 

Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, hazelnut spread, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
Prepare the Frosting
  1. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and hazelnut spread, mixing until well combined.
  3. Spread the frosting over the cooled cake.
