Method
Prepare the crust
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
Make the filling
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by the chocolate pudding layer.
Finish and chill
- Spread whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
