Ingredients
  

Watermelon
  • 1 medium watermelon cut into wedges
Cilantro-Lime Mixture
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Cilantro-Lime Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Grill the Watermelon
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Brush the watermelon wedges with the cilantro-lime mixture.
  2. Place the watermelon on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Serve
  1. Remove the watermelon from the grill and drizzle with any remaining cilantro-lime mixture before serving.
