  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric for color
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt kala namak for an eggy flavor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Preparation
  1. Blend the tofu, nutritional yeast, plant-based milk, turmeric, and black salt until smooth.
  2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
