Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
Cottage Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup cottage cheese low-fat
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for topping
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with the cheese mixture.
  4. Top with marinara sauce and additional mozzarella if desired.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
