Pasta and Vegetables
  • 300 g Rigatoni
  • 2 medium Courgettes sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
Halloumi
  • 200 g Halloumi Cheese sliced

Method
 

Cooking Pasta and Courgettes
  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the sliced courgettes until tender.
Preparing Halloumi
  1. In another pan, fry the halloumi slices until golden and crispy on both sides.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Drain the pasta and combine it with the sautéed courgettes. Season with salt.
  2. Serve the pasta topped with crispy halloumi.
