Panna Cotta Base
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powdered
  • 1 tablespoon pandan extract

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the mixture gently until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in pandan extract and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
