  • 2 cups Milk Any kind of milk can be used.
  • 2 tablespoons White Chocolate Chopped or chips.
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder High quality matcha for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Prepare the Matcha
  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with a little hot water until smooth.
Heat the Milk
  1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until steaming but not boiling.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the white chocolate and sugar to the hot milk, stirring until melted and combined.
  2. Pour the matcha mixture into the milk and stir well.
Serve
